Tresna berarti rasa cinta atau sayang, Sih yang bermakna lebih, dan Rupaka kedua orang tua. merupakan sebuah konsep penggambaran tentang kasih sayang tulus dari tua terhadap anaknya. Memberikan tiada henti, memberikan tuntunan kepada anaknya untuk bekal menjadi anak suputra. Konsep tersebut di implementasikan karya Tabuh Kreasi dengan menggunakan gamelan Semar Pegulingan sebagai Saih Pitu, alasan semar pagulingan saih pitu agar bisa memainkan patet sesuai suasana nuansa ingin dicapai. Proses kreativitas digunakan pada tahap penciptaan ini metode ditulis oleh I Wayan Diana Putra disebutkan Senen Beratha berpegang teguh tiga proses yaitu, Nguping (peniruan), Menahin (memperbaiki), Ngelesin (menghaluskan).
